Ourhistory
When Allen W. Lloyd, founder of the firm 'Allen W. Lloyd y Asociados S.A. de C.V.' passed away in 1970, his partners continued to expand the group's services through new investment companies.
In 2008, at the request of our insurance clients, we decided to once again provide investment services through the incorporation of O'Rourke & Asociados S.A. de C.V., obtaining the corresponding authorization from the National Banking and Securities Commission under official letter 312-3/12285/2008 dated December 11, 2008. This authorization allows O'Rourke Fondos de Inversión to distribute a wide selection of investment funds that will benefit our clients in their investments.
