In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations (hereinafter the Law), O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN issues this Privacy Notice in the following terms:

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, the General Management of O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN will be responsible for the collection, disclosure, storage, use, including access, handling, use, transfer or disposal of personal data (hereinafter the 'Processing'), with address at Avenida Mariano Otero 1915 A, Colonia Residencial Victoria, 45089 Zapopan, Jalisco.

The following is a list of personal data that may be requested: name, address, contact telephone numbers (home, office and cell phone), email, age, date of birth, occupation, nationality, marital status, Single Population Registry Certificate, Federal Taxpayers Registry, name of the company where you have worked, source of income, account numbers in other institutions, education, economic dependents, spouse's data, type of contract, activity/role, position/occupation, work address in Mexico, bank account information, among others.

Indirect: From any other sources of information that are commercially available or permitted by law.

The information we collect from you may be combined to assist us in offering, providing and/or improving our financial services.

- PURPOSES TO WHICH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WILL BE SUBJECT.

The purpose of the processing of personal data of the holder, which we may collect, and unless the holder provides otherwise through the means described in this Privacy Notice, is the development of new products and services, advice, promotion, procurement of financial services and products such as fiduciary services, creation and administration of accounts, for services contracted for you or the company you represent and other obligations arising from any legal relationship between the holder of personal data and O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSION.

The holder of personal data, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of use, disclosure or revocation, from January 6, 2012, to the email address: hcordova@oafondos.com.mx or in person at the offices of O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN, located at Avenida Mariano Otero 1917, Local 3, Zona C, Plaza Turquesa, Colonia Residencial Victoria, 45089 Zapopan, Jalisco, or by certified mail to the above address, by written request containing the following information:

1. The full name of the owner of the personal data, address and e-mail account, in order to be able to communicate the response to your request.

2. Documents proving the identity and, if applicable, the legal representation of the holder of the personal data.

3. A clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are seeking to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.

4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

5. In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, the holder must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting his request.

- TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.

O'ROURKE FONDOS may transfer data to:

Third party service providers for the fulfillment of the legal obligations acquired by O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN.

Third party providers of research services, data analysis, sending information focused on the needs of the holder of personal data, as well as in the performance of other financial services necessary or required by the holder of personal data.

Third parties resulting from corporate restructuring, including merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation or transfer of assets.

Third parties and entities receiving personal data, assume the same obligations and/or responsibilities of O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN, as described in this Privacy Notice.

The holder of personal data accepts the transfer of his data, in the terms described in this Privacy Notice.

- CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE.

Any change to this Privacy Notice, O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN will inform you through any of the following means:

1. Notices at O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSION's offices

2. E-mail address provided by the owner of personal data.

3. Notices on the Internet portal of O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN (www.oafondos.com.mx).

4 Any other public or private means of communication provided for in the contract covering the transactions entered into with O'ROURKE FONDOS DE INVERSIÓN.
