SURABS1 Debt M.N. Discretionary
The Fund's objective is to offer clients the option of investing in debt securities, either directly, or through mutual funds, collective investment schemes, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and/or Equity Derivatives (TRACs), in pesos, UDIS and/or foreign currency.
The Fund's investment horizon is greater than three years. There is no minimum term of permanence additional to that which exists due to the Fund's operating policies; however, investors are recommended to remain in the Fund for three calendar years in order to achieve the investment objective.
SURPAT Equity Equity M.N. Equity
SURPAT will invest predominantly in the acquisition of shares listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) of mostly Mexican companies. The fund may invest in bonds, debt securities and structured notes. The Fund is aimed at individuals who seek long-term investments and have a high tolerance for risk.
SURUSD DLLS Equities. Specializing in Debt
SURUSD, the Fund's strategy is to offer a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar debt securities, which generates superior returns to Fund holders through exposure to debt instruments (federal government, private securities placed through public offerings and bank securities). The Fund is aimed at individuals seeking moderate to high risk investments with a long-term investment horizon.
SURRVMX M.N. Equity Indexed
SURRVMX The Fund's objective is to invest predominantly in the shares of the most representative Mexican issuers in the stock exchanges, either directly and/or through mutual funds and/or collective investment mechanisms called Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and/or equity-linked securities (TRACs) denominated in pesos. In addition, it may invest in repurchase agreements, bank demand deposits, debt securities, investment funds, real estate trust certificates (Fibras or Mortgage Trusts), energy and infrastructure investment trust certificates (Fibras E), structured securities, SPACs, derivatives and securities lending.
There is no minimum term of permanence, however, investors are recommended to remain in the Fund for at least three calendar years in order to achieve the investment objective. Since the Fund will invest mainly in stocks listed on the stock exchanges that make up the NAFTRAC sample, the main risk associated with the Fund is the volatility of such stocks.
SURASIA DLLS Equities. Indexed to Foreign Indicators
SURASIA will invest in ING (L) Invest New Asia, an investment company domiciled in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and operated by ING Investment Management in Luxembourg. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of Asia-Pacific equities, excluding Japan and Australia. The Fund is aimed at individuals seeking investments with overseas assets and a high tolerance for risk.
SURB05 M.N. Medium-term Governmental Debt
The Fund's objective is to offer a diversified portfolio of medium-term debt securities issued, guaranteed or guaranteed by the Federal Government, Banco de México, directly, on repo and/or through Mutual Funds and/or collective investment schemes (ETFs & TRACs), issued at nominal fixed rates in pesos, UDIS and/or foreign currency.The Fund will invest in derivative financial instruments. In addition, the fund may invest in demand deposits (including from abroad) denominated in pesos, U.S. dollars, euros and yen, foreign securities, structured securities, asset-backed securities and securities lending. There is no minimum term of permanence additional to that which exists due to the Fund's operating policies; however, investors are recommended to remain in the Fund between one and three calendar years in order to achieve the investment objective.
SURREAL Debt M.N. Very Long Term
SURREAL will invest primarily in very long-term government and private debt securities with a real rate and/or in UDIS. The fund will have an active management by investing in assets with a duration of three or more years. The fund is intended for individuals and non-taxable persons seeking very long-term investments with a high tolerance for risk.
