The Fund will invest a majority (at least 95%) in debt securities issued or guaranteed by the Federal Government and Banco de México. Preferably selecting medium and long term investments, it may invest in instruments of any term, and will make changes to its portfolio when based on the analysis of the expected return of the securities and according to the investment models or perspectives that the Operator deems convenient; in this case the volatility of the Fund's price will change.

Being categorized as discretionary, its strategy is based on a risk exposure limit, and the Fund may modify the term of investments and diversify its portfolio in different governmental instruments according to expectations, taking care at all times that its portfolio does not exceed a maximum permitted Value at Risk (VaR) of 1.00%.
