VXUDIMP Medium-term government investment in UDIs

It offers an investment alternative indexed to inflation and uses the PiPG-Real3A index as a reference base, whose strategy is based on investing in government instruments with a real rate whose maturity is between 366 and 1092 days. A tenure of more than one quarter is suggested.

VXGUBCP Government Short-Term Investment

It offers an investment alternative in governmental instruments. As a reference base, it is considered the combination of 65% PiPCetes-28d and 35% PiPCetes-70-90d, whose strategy in general terms is based on investing in short-term interest rates. The type of assets in which the fund invests are government debt securities denominated in pesos or UDIS, at fixed or adjustable rates, and in repos.

It is a fund that invests the resources raised from the investing public mainly in shares of the international capital markets listed in the SIC (International Quotations System). Likewise, the complementary investment may also be made in national or international Real Estate Trust Certificates (FIBRAS and/or REITs), listed in the SIC or in the stock exchanges, in checkbooks denominated in dollars, whether domiciled in Mexico or the United States, in repurchase agreements and in government securities. Suggested investment term: greater than one year.
