SCOT-TR Debt M.N. Medium Term

The objective of the Fund is to maintain the portfolio primarily invested in long-term real rate securities; the securities may be government, corporate, bank and asset-backed securities.

The Fund will invest primarily in securities issued by governmental, banking and corporate institutions. The securities will be denominated mainly in instruments denominated in investment units (UDIs) or pesos (that generate yields in real rate) and complementarily in instruments denominated in pesos (that generate yields in nominal rate) directly; the complementary investment will consist of Debt Investment Funds, bank deposits of money at sight in financial institutions, as well as in ETF's that may contain derivative financial instruments within their portfolios.

SCOT-FR Real estate and infrastructure equities

Maintain the portfolio invested primarily in securities focused on the domestic real estate and infrastructure market, FIBRAS, FIBRAS E, as well as local equities focused on the real estate and infrastructure market and ETF's may contain derivative financial instruments within their portfolios referenced in securities focused on the domestic real estate and infrastructure market denominated in pesos.

In addition, the Fund may invest in securities focused on the real estate and infrastructure market through shares listed in the SIC or in other markets or stock exchanges, denominated in US dollars, ETF's and shares of debt and equity investment funds that are not directly related or focused on the real estate and infrastructure market, debt securities in pesos or in UDIS and local stocks and shares that are not related to the real estate and infrastructure sector. The fund's investment horizon is long term and the minimum recommended holding period is at least 1 year.

SCOTIA1 Short Term Debt M.N.

The objective of the Fund is to maintain the portfolio invested in governmental, state, municipal, corporate and banking assets, including notes with yields payable at maturity and certificates of deposit, as well as asset-backed securities; referenced to nominal and real interest rates with fixed and variable rates or at a discount, mainly denominated in pesos, even though it may maintain a smaller proportion of instruments denominated in UDIs and/or domestic or foreign securities denominated in different currencies.

These securities may be invested directly or through collective investment schemes, ETF's may contain derivative financial instruments within their portfolios, as well as in debt instrument investment funds. Within the principal investment, the Fund may also invest in bank deposits at sight in financial institutions, denominated in pesos and in a lesser proportion denominated in different currencies. The investment horizon is short term, the duration of the invested assets is less than or equal to one year.

SCOTIMB M.N. Long-Term Debt

The objective of the Fund is to maintain the portfolio invested exclusively in Government Securities in direct, repo or through other investment funds that invest exclusively in Government Securities.

Said Government Securities are referenced to nominal fixed interest rates expressed in pesos and complementarily in UDIs. The investment horizon is long term. Therefore, 3 years is the term considered adequate for investors to maintain their investment in the Fund.

SCOTUSA Equities M.N. Specialized in International Equities

Invest primarily in stocks or debt securities issued by international companies of developed or emerging countries directly and/or through ETFs.

As a complementary investment, shares and national debt securities may be acquired directly and/or through ETF's, mutual funds, bank deposits of money on demand, notes with yields payable at maturity, certificates of deposit and indexed fiduciary stock certificates; investment in securities issued or guaranteed by the United Mexican States, including those listed in international markets and registered in the RNV or in another stock exchange, as well as those issued by Banco de México, as well as those issued, guaranteed or accepted by national or foreign credit institutions denominated in national or foreign currency and governmental, banking and corporate debt instruments. The Fund's investment horizon is long term.

SCOTMA2 Discretionary equities

It offers an investment strategy seeking to provide competitive returns through a combination of debt instruments and a maximum of 65% in equity instruments. The Fund may invest in Equities and Debt Securities, Debt (government, bank and corporate securities placed through public offerings) directly or through its own and third party investment funds, Real Estate Trust Certificates (FIBRAS), Energy and Infrastructure Investment Trust Certificates (FIBRA E), Energy and Infrastructure Investment Trust Certificates (FIBRA E), Asset-Backed Securities and Exchange Traded Funds (ETF's) listed in the SIC or in other markets or stock exchanges with Debt, Equity and/or Commodities underlyings, all of which are domestic and/or international securities.

Likewise, the Fund may invest in derivative instruments on the underlying securities in accordance with its investment regime, pursuant to the general provisions issued by the CNBV and the Bank of Mexico. The Fund's investment horizon is long term (3 years) and the minimum recommended holding period is 1 year.
